With over 20 years of experience in pool construction, Ryan Richards is a leading pool builder in Southeast Pennsylvania. Known for his high standards, attention to detail, and clear communication, he works closely with clients to turn their ideas into durable, customized outdoor spaces that enhance both function and design. Outside of work, Ryan is a devoted family man and a former college baseball player. He enjoys cooking and brings the same creativity and discipline to his craft that he applies to every project. 

Ryan’s expertise, reliability, and personal approach make him a trusted partner for bringing backyard visions to life.

Scott's Biography

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in pool construction, Scott Richards serves as an on-site project manager known for his attention to detail, reliability, and approachable leadership. He oversees every phase of construction, working closely with crews and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, Scott is a devoted family man, married with a son, who enjoys spending time outdoors and barbecuing. He brings the same care and dedication to his personal life that he brings to every job site. Scott’s experience, professionalism, and commitment to quality make him an essential part of the Prism Custom Pools LLC team.
